Thursday 20th January at 6pm GMT | 7p CET | 1pm EST TIME
Nutrient timing is key for building muscle and losing fat. Building muscle is one of the most important things you must do to ensure you lose excess body fat for both male and female. The biggest mistake people make in trying to lose weight is to lower calories and do more cardio this is firstly unsustainable long term and creates an environment where eventually you lower your metabolism, you lose muscle, you crush your thyroid and testosterone levels along with becoming more efficient at storing fat when you come off your diet and your cardio regime.
Join Philip Richards, Sports Nutritionist and practitioner to learn how to time your nutritional timings to ensure the right muscle building and weight loss for over 40’s.
