Why the Nutrition Health Collective?
As a practitioner myself, I struggled to find expert information to help my clients with chronic conditions. I was looking for sound nutritional recommendations that had already been tried and tested by specialists. I was looking for experts  that had years of research and clinical practise expertise that could share their do's and don'ts with me. This need for good quality education became even more urgent when I started seeing chronic disease appearing in my own family. It started with my uncle who was diagnosed with myeloma, a rare type of cancer. And it continued with my sister experiencing various complications in childbirth due to underlying conditions. My uncle eventually passed away but he left behind a pure intention for me to create a collective that would be able to access free flowing educational information.  Chronic disease is growing and the need to access such valuable knowledge is more crucial than ever before. This is how Nutrition Health Collective was born.
