Metabolic Interventions: The Power of Ketone Testing and a Continuous Remote Care Model

Dorian Greenow of Keto-Mojo reveals how ketone testing and real-time data monitoring enhance adherence and engagement in metabolic therapies. Learn how continuous remote care models and data-driven decision-making can optimise patient outcomes in managing non-communicable diseases.

About Dorian: Dorian Greenow’s journey began in 1996 when he moved from Southern England to New York City with just $750. After working his way up to general manager in the catering industry, he relocated to Napa Valley and became Director of Hospitality at Pine Ridge Winery. Despite professional success, years of metabolic strain left him overweight, unhealthy, and reliant on antidepressants. In 2015, Dorian and his wife, Gemma, adopted the ketogenic lifestyle, using glucose and ketone monitoring to optimize their nutrition. Within six months, he lost 47 pounds, eliminated medications, and regained his vitality. This transformation inspired him to make ketogenic living more accessible. Recognizing the high cost of ketone testing, Dorian launched Keto-Mojo in 2017, reducing test strip prices by 75% to 99¢ and introducing the first affordable, FDA-approved glucose and ketone meter with a lifetime warranty.
