Naturopathic Physician and Hormonal Health Expert
Dr. Carrie Jones is a Naturopathic Physician and internationally recognised speaker, educator, and consultant in women’s health and endocrinology. With over two decades of experience, she is passionate about translating complex hormonal concepts into practical clinical applications. Carrie holds a Master of Public Health and has held key leadership roles in the integrative health industry, supporting practitioners worldwide in advancing their understanding of functional hormone testing and patient care. Dr.Kristi Hughes, ND, IFMCP, FMCHC
Functional Medicine Expert and Lecturer
Kristi Morlan-Hughes, ND, IFMCP, FMCHC has dedicated her professional path to the study and practice of root-cause medicine. Dr. Hughes served as a Director of Medical Education at IFM for a decade, where she was responsible for the development of medical education, nutrition-oriented, and clinical tools to support patient education. She supported the Collaboration partners working with IFM, cultivated practice implementation assets, and participated as an educator and facilitator both domestically and international. Dr. Kristi remains connected to core training programs at IFM, she continues to mentor students and practitioners alike in her ongoing FxMed Coaching Mentorship program. Dr. Hughes first took the stage teaching in 1999 with NutriDyn, finding her passion for practitioner education. Over the past twenty years, her consulting business and participation in medical education events have taken her around the world where she is recognized for her skills in teaching the art and science of medicine.

Jo Gamble
Integrative Practitioner
Jo Gamble graduated from the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2013 as the UK’s first functional medicine practitioner. She is also a fellow in Integrative Oncology. She runs busy functional medicine practice Embracing Nutrition, where her ‘no stone unturned’ approach is used daily to dig down deep to ascertain the route cause and to take her clients on a journey to optimise their wellness. Jo has lectured both at undergraduate and postgraduate level for over 10 years. She is also the brand ambassador for Really Healthy and their immunmodulating product Biobran. Always an incredibly popular speaker, Jo never fails to integrate cutting edge science with clinical application in a clear and relatable way.

Dr. David Unwin
Award-winning GP known for pioneering the Low Carb Diet
Dr David Unwin is an award-winning GP known for pioneering the low-carb approach in the UK. He is the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) national champion for collaborative care and support planning in obesity and diabetes. He also won the NHS Innovator of the Year Award 2016 for his research into diet and lifestyle interventions. He has worked at Norwood Surgery in Southport since 1986 as a family doctor. To date, he has helped 141 patients achieve drug free, type 2 diabetes remission (achieving a remission rate of 51 per cent).
