Charlotte Hunter

Registered Nutritional Therapist BA BSc MSc BANT CNHC IFM

Charlotte became a Nutritional Therapist in 2010, gaining a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London. She has studied Functional Medicine with the Institute for Functional Medicine and worked in clinical support for a number of laboratories. Alongside her busy practice, she manages a team of nutritional therapists and the KBMO Diagnostics UK office, a company that specialises in multiple pathway food sensitivity testing. Charlotte provides laboratory support, training, and mentoring to other practitioners on a one-to-one basis or as part of her Menopause Mastery Subscription. She also contributes to national magazines and newspapers and has worked as a Nutrition Consultant for A2 Milk. Charlotte’s clinical focus is menopause, with a special interest in premature, surgical, and complex menopause cases. After a total hysterectomy at the age of 44 she was thrown into a sudden menopause. Due to her nutritional knowledge and background, she was able to navigate the menopausal storm. However, most women go through this transition without support or guidance, which can be incredibly confusing and lonely. Charlotte launched a Menopause Nutrition business to give women solutions that are sitting in their kitchens, reducing the twists, turns, and loop-the-loops they face riding into menopause.
