Powering Up Your Mitochondria And Immune Health
Powering Up Your Mitochondria And Immune Health
With Dr.Colin Robertson
Mitochondria are an integral part of our health and we would not survive without them. They convert the food we eat and the air we breathe into fuel in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). They are also involved in the manufacture of DNA, haemoglobin, oestrogen and testosterone. Added to that, they metabolise cholesterol and produce antioxidants including coenzyme Q10 which neutralise free radicals and decrease oxidative stress.
Mitochondrial dysfunction is associated with numerous degenerative health conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cardiovascular Dysfunction and Post Viral Fatigue.
How easy is it for mitochondria to malfunction?
What are the keys to prevent mitocondrial damage?
What defiencies and markers are important to analyse to optimise it’s function?
Join Nutritionist Dr. Colin Robertson to learn how to power up your mitocondria to avoid damage and boost immune health.
