The Gaps Diet: Autoimmune, Neuropathy, Allergies & Beyond

By Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride

3rd November at 6PM | 1.5 CPD Points

The GAPS protocol was designed for patients suffering from learning disabilities, psychiatric and psychological disorders and digestive problems. It focuses on removing foods that are difficult to digest and damaging to gut flora and replacing them with nutrient-dense foods to give the intestinal lining a chance to heal and seal. The purpose of the treatment is to detoxify the person, to lift the toxic fog off the brain to allow it to develop and function properly.

But research now shows that other disorders can also all be linked to the microorganisms present in the gut. Allergies, autoimmune illness, digestive problems, neurological and endocrine problems, asthma, eczema, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, psoriasis and chronic cystitis, arthritis and many other chronic degenerative illnesses show an evident link

According to the pioneering MD, Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, food is the number one treatment for any chronic disease, and the GAPS Diet is the most important part of the GAPS Nutritional Protocol. This target is achieved by means of her bespoke Nutritional Programme. Dr. Campbell-McBride believes that the link between physical and mental health, the food and drink that we take, and the condition of our digestive system is absolute.

Join Dr. CampbellMcBride for a unique Masterclass on discovering her life changing Nutritional Programme to support those experiencing chronic conditions such as Neuropathy, allergy or autoimmune conditions.
