Nutrigenomics & Metabolic Flexibility: Surviving and Thriving in a world of excess

With Emma Beswick

Wednesday 12th January 6pm GMT | 7pm CET

Epigenetics – changes to gene expression in response to environmental factors – is fundamental to life.

Whilst, historically, our genes have enabled survival in contexts of scarce resources, the modern (western) world presents new challenges. This webinar will discuss how small changes (SNPs) in our genetic code might support or inhibit adaption to environments of excess – food, light and heat.

Join Emma Beswick, Director of Lifecode Gx® on deep diving into epigenetics and its effect on metabolism. 1.5 CPD Accredited.

This webinar will be awarded 1.5 CPD points by the Naturopathic Nutrition Association in according with its guidelines.

Once registered, you will receive three reminder emails – one a week before the webinar, one a day before and one on the day of the webinar. All our webinars are recorded – you will be sent a link to the recording along with all the educational material, presentations, handouts and CPD approximately 24 to 48 hours after the event
